Gents Par 4 – 324yds Ladies Par 4 – 294yds
This is a deceptively easy looking opening hole where position is far more important than distance. Too far and off-line and you will find your uphill approach to the green blocked out by the trees to left and right. A newly established ditch on the parallel 11th hole extends on to the 1st and a new pond between the 1st and 11th fairways are now available to catch any shots down the right hand side. The green is small with bunkers to left and right and anything long leaves a very difficult chip back.
