The 60s-70s night in October was great fun and enjoyed by all as can be seen from these pictures.
The next event is a Salsa Night on Saturday 22nd November. We will be taught how to Salsa and the caterers will be providing appropriate snacks. Please come along and support this event (for the ‘less mobile’ it is not mandatory to dance and it is likely to be good spectator sport!!). Tickets are £7 per head and the booking sheet is in the Clubhouse Foyer.
We are proposing to run fortnightly games evenings and posters are in the Club. This will be on a self help basis and the bar will be open until 11.00 p.m. Food will be available.
The Caterers will be advertising themed food evenings which we hope you will support.
The Club Christmas Party will be held on the evening of Friday 19th December and a band has been booked.
There will be a New Year’s Eve Party on Wednesday 31st December with Disco and food.
Finally, we are holding a ‘Redecoration Party’ on the evening of Sunday 9th November from 5.00 p.m. The aim is to repaint the restaurant, bar and games areas. Materials will be provided and your help is very much needed. By way of a bribe, snacks and drinks will be provided! Please put your name down on the sheet in the Clubhouse Foyer if you are able to help.
