Lutterworth Golf Club 100 Club Rules and Regulations
The subscription to the 100 Club shall be £30 per year per membership payable in advance.
Members may have and are encouraged to have multiple subscriptions.
Membership of the 100 Club is limited to members of Lutterworth Golf Club, their families, direct and indirect employees of the club and their families. Membership is open only to those aged 18 and over.
The 100 Club will be limited to a maximum of 100 members. Lutterworth Golf Club reserves the right to run multiple similar schemes and will allow members to enter any of these.
A member is eligible for inclusion in the draw for any month so long as the annual subscription for their qualifying numbers has been paid.
Each member is allocated a permanent number in the monthly draw. This number shall remain the member’s provided their subscription is up to date.
There shall be one prize draw per month.
The draw for each month shall be made as close to the end of each month as arrangements reasonably allow.
The draws will be made publicly in the Clubhouse at Lutterworth Golf Club in the presence of members of the committee and any members wishing to be present.
The decision of the committee shall be final in all matters requiring adjudication. The committee shall also have the power to amend or revoke these rules at their absolute discretion with such reasonable notice to the 100 Club members as is necessary.
Monthly prizes will be awarded according to membership of the 100 Club for that month as follows:
• 50% of the month’s net payments shall make up the prize fund – monthly net payments will be calculated based on annual subscriptions
• 80% of the prize fund shall make up the first prize – this equates to £100 if the 100 club is fully subscribed
• 20% of the prize fund shall make up the second prize– this equates to £25 if the 100 club is fully subscribed
• The remaining 50% of the net payments will be allocated to Lutterworth Golf Club funds.
The 100 Club will be administered by the club secretary who will hold details of income, expenditure and allocation of numbers. Members’ details will be held for the purposes of administering the prize draw and will not be divulged to any person other than those serving on the committee.
The 100 Club administrators will make all reasonable efforts to pay or post prizes to the winners within two weeks of the draw.
