Assistant Greenkeeper Position
Lutterworth Golf Club is seeking to expand its team of dedicated and dynamic greenkeepers by appointing a new Assistant Greenkeeper. This position will be available from 1st December 2025, and we are looking for an experienced professional who is passionate about their craft and eager to contribute to the management of our golf course.
Key Attributes and Qualifications
- Possession of a minimum NVQ Level 2 qualification, or working towards
- At least 3–4 years’ experience in greenkeeping.
- Holding PA1, PA2, and PA6 spraying preferred
- Assisting in the day-to-day running of the department to maximise both efficiency and productivity.
- Demonstrating a friendly and professional approach towards members, guests, and colleagues.
- Showing a willingness to learn new skills and improve existing practices.
- Taking a hands-on approach to all aspects of work.
- Maintaining a good understanding of safe working practices.
- Exhibiting a hardworking attitude and the ability to work using own initiative.
- Possessing thorough knowledge of modern greenkeeping equipment.
- Having sound knowledge of the game of golf is desirable.
